MarketiQs (“MarketiQs”, “we”, “us”) is a services company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide four services:

• X360: an extended technology and growth team for ecommerce businesses.
• Talent Augmentation: skilled professionals placed with client teams.
• MEENDUM: a return-to-work program for women restarting their careers after a break.
• S.T.E.P.: the Skills Training and Enhancement Program for individuals and organizations.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the information you share with us when you use any of our services.

Information you give us

• Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, company name and the details of your request when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.
• Clients (X360 and Talent Augmentation): business contact details, project requirements, and the billing information needed to deliver and invoice our services.
• Candidates and professionals: your resume, work history, skills, qualifications, assessment results, expected compensation and availability.
• MEENDUM participants: your career history, the general reason for and length of your career break, your goals and your work preferences, such as flexible or remote roles. We do not need detailed personal or medical information about your break, and we ask you not to share it.
• S.T.E.P. learners: enrollment details, educational background, attendance, assignments, assessment results and certificates.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit this website, our hosting provider may record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view. We use this only to keep the website secure and working properly.

We use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiries and recommend the right service;
• deliver, manage and invoice our services to clients;
• match candidates, MEENDUM participants and S.T.E.P. learners with suitable roles and employers;
• run training, track progress and issue certificates;
• provide coaching, mentoring and onboarding support;
• keep our website and systems secure; and
• meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We process your information with your consent, to perform a contract with you or your organization, or where the law requires or permits it. We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only when it is needed to provide our services:

• With employers and clients: when you are a candidate, MEENDUM participant or S.T.E.P. learner, we share your profile with a prospective employer or client only after telling you about the opportunity and getting your agreement.
• With service providers: trusted providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email, communication and accounting tools. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• For legal reasons: when required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect the rights, safety and property of MarketiQs, our clients or others.

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, your messages are also handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as identity documents or bank details, unless we have asked for it for a specific purpose.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Candidate and learner profiles are kept so we can contact you about suitable opportunities, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Client records are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and limiting access to the people who need it, to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update inaccurate information;
• delete your information when it is no longer needed;
• withdraw consent you have given us; and
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
